AVTEC First Lake Facility
Seward, Alaska
Under an Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities Term Contract BDS completed a series of improvements to the Administration Building at Alaska Vocational Technical Center in Seward. More than 650 wood windows were replaced with new thermally efficient operable windows, and repairs and refinishing was completed to adjacent exterior areas. ADA access was made possible with a radiant ice melt ramp and site lighting.
