BDS provided planning, design and construction support services, and project management for this Alaska Department of Natural Resources facility.
Primary components included a 4,800 SF addition to the existing PMC facility to contain a small lot seed cleaning room, combined training and break room, public lobby, reception, Director’s office, new ADA toilet facilities, equipment storage, 2nd floor HVAC, and a heating plant room designed to serve the addition and future connection of the existing PMC loads.
The facility accommodates a new Seed Certification Lab and support spaces.
