Dan Seiser, AIA, SCUP, LEED AP

Principal

Dan joined the firm in 1982. An Alaskan with more than 32 years of experience, he is responsible for contract management, client services, overall design, and quality control oversight on most BDS projects.

Dan has experience in master planning, programming, condition surveys, and concept design on a variety of projects, including numerous UAF research and instructional facilities such as the Biological Research and Diagnostics Facility (BiRD), Natural Sciences Facility, and Duckering Engineering Building. Dan also manages the firm’s term contracts for UAF, FAA, State of Alaska DOT/PF and the Foraker Group.

Dan is an active member of several organizations including the American Institute of Architects and the Society for Campus and University Planning. He serves on the Out North board of trustees. He has also served as member of the building code adoption committee for the Municipality of Anchorage for several code adoption cycles.
