Victor Valenote, RA, LEED AP BD+C

Principal

Victor joined BDS in 2001. He earned his M. Arch from the University of South Florida in 1998, when he was awarded AIA’s Bronze Medal. At HOK he worked on several large projects from conception to completion, most notably the 375 foot tall Sam M. Gibbons U.S. Courthouse in downtown Tampa. Victor was also the design architect for two prominent Anchorage buildings which have helped shape the vision of design in Alaska, the UAA/APU Consortium Library and the ASRC Building in mid-town.

Recent projects while at BDS include a school replacement in Kongiganak, school renovation in Chefornak, and laboratory facilities at UAF. Victor resides in the Eagle River Valley and enjoys writing, cross country skiing with his dogs, and spending time with his family.
